For the price, our stay at Mapatagonia was excellent value. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at a hostel in Puerto Varas. The atmosphere was so relaxed and the building was beautifully furnished. The best part was when our car was broken into, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help us. They were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this hostel, it's a hidden gem.

The hostel had a great atmosphere and a lovely old house conversion. The dorm I stayed in was spacious with a clean attached bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and impeccably clean, with two fridges and plenty of storage space. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bustling town centre and supermarkets. this hostel was even better than our previous stay in puerto varas! the staff at mapatagonia were so helpful and gave us great information. the old building had so much character and even had a christmas tree. everything was exceptionally clean and the wifi was fast. the location was quiet but still close to town and the lake.
